How can I turn down the volume on the toys my boss's grandbaby plays with in the office?

After 7 hours of Elmo's laughing and then this little song, playing over and over and over, I'm loosing my mind. I took the sound things out of stuff when my own daughter was young, don't think I should do that to someone else's toys, but they put the playpen in my office, (NOT HER OWN YOU NOTICE) because she couldn't get any work done......now neither can I ???? Help before Elmo pushes me over the edge.

Answers:
No amount of decreasing the volume is going to save your sanity in this situation. I'd tell your boss that you are not getting any work done with the child in your office. She needs to find someone else to baby sit the kid. Besides, spending 7 hours in a playpen is not health for kids.
