Answers:
actually, i hate to dispute, but this is a very normal occurance with children, especially those that do not have siblings. It is natural for children to be curious, and they do not understand that they are crossing boundaries, because these boundaries have not been identified to them yet. The best way to handle this situation is to first of all, inform the teacher of the problem and try to come up with a good way to discourage this behavior. Second, set your son down and explain to him what is appropriate, and what is not. Remember he doesn't have the understanding capacity that you do, so make it simple but informative for him to try to understand the situation.
Not normal-time to tell a teacher.
