1 year ancient who won't put away crumb or bread products?

I have a one year old who like most food. He'll eat veggies, fruit and meat but I can't get him to get through any bread or grain products. We've tried pancakes, waffles, biscuits, crackers, tortillas...but no luck. The merely thing he will eat that contains some form of grain is pasta and nutrigrain bars.Any suggestions on how to carry him to eat more grains?

Answers:    I would of late let him eat the grain that he likes (pasta and nutrigrain bars)... 1 year olds are notoriously picky when it comes to food, but eventually he'll loosen up
Children DO NOT intuitively know what they're allergic to. I can't backing you how to make him eat more grain - short of making your own pasta from whole grain flour, or making your own bread and letting your child "help" - that help my daughter to try new things.
But really, if I were you, I would not be concerned a bit, he seem to be eating well adjectives diet. So let him be picky and thank God he eats veggies. And for your own peace of mind, speak to his doctor. I would ask my pediatrician whether or not not eating grains is truly going to hurt him at this point. I enjoy two children and my 2 year old is truly picky with his food. My pediatrician say as long as he takes his vitamin he will outgrow this stage of not wanting to eat particular foods. Good luck.
I would just stick with pasta if he eat it. You could try sprinkling some flax seed on his veggies or put it in some yogurt. I generate ditalini pasta with a little garlic tomato sauce for my 1 year antediluvian. She loves it. You might want to get him checked for allergies - many children intuitively know to avoid foods they are allergic to.

Alternately, try mixing wheat bran surrounded by with his regular foods (applesauce, for example).
