Well there is an ezercise that you can do standing up bending your knees, then twisting from side to side, this will work the stomach muscles, also there is sit-ups, can also try pilates.Then one more thing you can do is drink 2-4 cups of green tea a day, this will help clean your stomach, and reduce the tummy.

That person was really rude. I bought an ab lounge to help. They are about $80 which is a litle expensive, but they work so amazing. And even though you do get sore like with any exercise, you are only getting sore where you are losing the weight and gaining muscle.... Not getting sore because of doing the exercise wrong. Just eat right (or atleast smaller portions of the bad food) and go walking and do crunches, and before you know it, you'll be the way you want. I actually also take diet pills, Everslim, that are specially formulated for Moms to target the tummy and tush area. They work great and are $20, which to me seems like a great bargain. Good luck!

you mean tummy? Lay face down on the floor. get up on your toes and elbows and hold for 20 seconds do this 5 times. FEEL THE BURN !
