I am looking for the best potty chair for my 21 month old son he is tall and big for his age?

Can someone reccomend a potty chair for my son with a guard that won't come off or hurt him and that is big enough ?

Answers:
21 months is way to soon! Think 30 or 36 months for toilet training. I agree that a step is better than a potty...the chances of injury are to great on the usual potty and that will delay training even more.

The more you push....the less he will "push".

What is the average age for toilet-training?
The physical maturity and readiness skills needed for successful toilet learning appear at the same time in girls and boys-between 18 and 30 months of age. The average age for girls to be toilet trained is 29 months, and for boys it's 31 months. Keep in mind that these are averages. Ninety-eight percent of kids are trained by 36 months of age.

Well I don't recommend potty chairs at all. My kids wouldn't use them--they used the regular toilet like mom and dad did.
