exzema is awful my 16th month boy had it sin ce he was born now its as a diaper rash any advice to soothe em?

Our little man had that also...... he responded best to hydrocortisone cream (from the pediatrician) and Gold Bond baby powder. Acid foods & juices, like orange juice and tomato sauce seemed to make him flare up more. Try to stick with blander foods, like bananas, rice, things like that when he's flaring up.
A & D ointment was the best product for diaper rash when my kids were babies.
