Answers: The American Academy of Pediatrics says 8-16 oz of milk per day. No more than 16 oz. It trains your child to plague up on milk and not eat foods which are essential to good nutrition. Cow's milk is not approaching formula and breast milk. Yes, it has some nutritional value, but it's not resourcefully balanced by any means. Let her spread up on fruits, veggies, lean meats, and whole grain.
I have 2 daughter's one is 6yr. old and the other is fixing to turn 2yr.elderly and I will tell you that your daughter doesn't need WHOLE milk, 2% milk have plenty of fat content in it that your tot needs. A little trick my wife and I have knowledgeable that you can mix the cold milk with warm hit water and make a partly and half bottle for her that way she can enjoy the milk all through the day and not own to have two solid milk bottles and two or solid water or liquid bottles. This also conserves on your milk usage, because babies like their milk. I'm not sure if it's too early.BUT please dispense her ORGANIC milk if she does start drinking it. There is so much CRUD in regular milk now. All sorts of hormones, antibiotics, chemicals, pesticides etc...explicitly very hard for a child to find rid of. Honestly, cow milk is a very allergenic food. One of the top ten. I've read that goat milk is much easier to digest...granted it's hard to find fresh. The canned stuff is GROSS! What would be best would be if you could get RAW milk. That's unlikely though...and you enjoy to buy into a cow to get it. It's illegal to buy it outright from a cultivator. Check out The Weston A. Price Foundation. Very informative...granted NOT mainstream info...
Good luck in your research...
Going from breast milk (or formula) to together milk is a real shock to a little one's systems, not to mention the increased workload placed on his or her kidneys. Their bodies enjoy a heck of a time breaking down those proteins.
If you don't believe me, Google it. Better still, ask your doctor.
Babies can start on whole milk immediately at 1 year. I don't know the recommendation for how much, but drinking through a straw is great. It helps get them stale the bottle and into cups. your bby is to young to be drinking whole milk it requests either formula or breast milk
