Any advice to keep a one year old from taking off her diaper?
Answers:
Absolutely! Been there done that with my 3 little girls. Put little jumpers, sleepers, etc. on her that are impossible for her to take off! Like little outfits that button on the shoulders or zip up the back. Don't let her run around in just a diaper until she gets over it. Hope this helps. :) Oh, and since she seems to be a little streaker, she probably likes to take her little shoes off too. No problem, hi top shoes with laces you can double knot!

Duct Tape?
Sorry no further help.
Tape is pretty much it.
the only way I found to effectively handle that one is to take masking tape and wrap it around the entire diaper. Making sure the tape end is on the back side about the middle so they can't start peeling on that too.

3 wanna be streaking kids
sounds like someone is a little lady godiva! hehe...well try the tape method, besides streaking around the house gives their bums a chance to get air and to stop some forms of rashes from occurring maybe the air keeps her from being ichy.. eheeh ...i was a streaker too! oh and my mom is telling me she put me in my brother's old overalls type clothes and she made me all kinds of pink and striped ones, and then i could not get em off to get my diaper off!
I used to take the sleepers with the attatched feet slippers.. You know the ones that zip up in the front. I used to cut the feet off and put them on backwards on my kids. They could not take em off. They even tried pulling their arms out of the sleeves, but they did not know that they were a size smaller then they usally wear, so it was kinda fitting snug on them. If they did wiggle their way out of them I would include the onsies underneath.
Tape will work, SOMETIMES...But maybe you can try every time the child takes the diaper off, sit him/her on the potty.. My oldest was potty trained daytime at 14 months...nightime at 23 months... And the child will feel much more secure on the big potty if you sit them on backwards.. they can hold on, and a bonus for boys,,,They can see where they aim. It directs it right where it should go!..I've trained at LEAST 15 kids this way...Works great!
Is she still wearing onesies? They may be harder for her to unsnap. You also might combine it with overalls that don't undo easily.
If all else fails, she may just want to be naked. Make a special "nakie time" that she gets to run around naked but not if she takes her diaper off herself. Of course she may start coming up to you all the time wanting "nakie time" but it would be better for her to be asking for it than doing it herself, especially after a poopy diaper. This may help in potty training too, only nakie time after she goes potty. But that's a while down the road. Good luck.
1 years old? Maybe she's seeing her big sister going potty and she wants to give it a try. I know a lot of kids who learned early from watching thire big brothers and sisters go. hey, give it a try!
put it on backwards
I think this little girl wants to learn how to get on the potty and do what she sees her big sister doing. I say you go out and buy a potty chair and everytime she takes that diaper off, you take her into the bathroom and let her sit on it, either she will learn to use it quite quickly or she won't take her diaper off again, since she now realizes it's not frustrating you anymore and that you are doing something else about it. But, I say why not start her now with the potty and get it over with, she doesn't want that diaper on anyways!
Masking tape around the diaper has always worked for me during my years as a toddler teacher.
