How do I get my 3 yr old daughter to use the toilet?

She is 3 years old and still wears pull ups! When she goes to daycare she uses the toilet when she's home she'll use it where ever she is. I've tried putting her in time out and even tried rewarding her for going to the bathroom but nothing is working. It seems like she does it on purpose to see how I react!

Answers:
Do you send pullups with her to daycare or does she wear panties instead there?
Have you talked to the daycare to see how they reward and encourage her? Try adopting the same technique at home.
OR, along with what the previous respondent said regarding the chart, have the daycare use the chart you are going to implement at home. Send it to school each day with her and she brings it home at the end of the day so she sees the "rewards" adding up.
I've tried the "Cool Alert" pullups...they didn't help in training my little girl, but maybe they'll work for her. Have you tried taking away the diapers and putting her in panties so when she goes, SHE GOES..?
I have a jar of M&Ms in the bathroom where her stepstool and "Pooh potty" sits on the toilet. She wants the candies so she'll sit on the potty...now to get her to TINKLE and not just sit there and pretend to go. You might try a candy dish, just keep it AWAY from the toilet, like the far side of the sink. This also reminds her to wash her hands after she potties. :)
Just a few ideas...I hope this helps.
Well I was mean when I potty trained. When I knew they know how to use the potty and just didn't want to I would spank them. I spanked them and put them in the corner. That's how I did it. You know she CAN use the potty she just doesn't WANT to.
