3 year old twins up EVERY night! Help!?

One thing I can tell you is something mothers have told their daughters in our family for generations: "This, too, shall pass." We often feel like these things are going to continue forever, or get worse. But with children, most things pass and then it's something else!
You could try rearranging the sleeping environment for just one night: have a "slumber party" in the living room with cushions all over the floor, and stay there with them. Tell them the party is just this once, to make the nightmare go away.
When they go back to their beds the next night, try reading a favorite book, and make it part of the bedtime ritual. That makes bedtime less scary for those who are inclined to have bad dreams.
We had boy/girl twins, plus two older boys. The middle child was only 2 years older than the twins. Those three would think of more ways to make bedtime fun, so they wouldn't have to go to sleep!! I finally memorized their favorite book, rather than leave the light on for reading.
It was "Where the Wild Things Are" by Maurice Sendak.
I HIGHLY recommend that book. The last sentence in the book is "And it was still hot" -- such a perfect ending for this story that my little ones always wanted to say that line for me when the story ended... and I always let them.
There is a great deal of comfort in hearing a familiar favorite story at bedtime. If you don't do that already, I think that would be a great way to break this pattern.
my sister has twin boys that will be turning three and she gives them a warm bath every night and usually go right to sleep well you could always try keeping them up as late as u can so they sleep in longer
