I have a 13 month old son an he is still hooked on his bottle??

Take him off of it cold-turkey. He's a toddler now and needs to use a sippy cup. Give him a sippy cup and if he doesn't use it then fine--he'll use it when he realizes how hungry he is.
he's not ready. i would not worry at this age, give it a few months and he'll ween himself. just make sure you offer sippy cups and such thru the day, the bottle might just be his security at night...that's better than a stupid pacifier.
