my baby catch cold very oftern,i dont know why?

Well, first of all, antibiotics don't do anything for colds, which are caused by viruses. There's nothing a pediatrician can do for a cold; it just has to run its course.
Daycares and playschools are germy places, and your child is still at an age where he shares cups and spoons easily, puts everything in his mouth, rubs his eyes, nose, and mouth and then touches things, and isn't capable of, say, blowing his nose in a tissue.
My older daughter, too, is very susceptible to colds, and it seems like she's always got some virus or another. (Interestingly, her younger sister, who eats the same diet, shares the exact same environment, and follows the same hygiene protocol, doesn't get sick nearly as often.)
I think your best bet is to wash his hands every chance you get. Whenever you think about it, wash his hands. And yours, too.
And lay off the antibiotics unless he really has a bacterial infection. (And even then, think twice: New studies show that most ear infections will clear on their own within just a few days, and you're better off just managing his pain with Motrin or ear drops.)
He is probably catching the cold from the daycare center. My son was like that, he has asthma. Hope he gets better!
