Well you influence she lives in a different country, so you probably don't want to screw things over by sending her some clothes that won't fit her, or maybe some that she won't close to. I know by experience that sending clothes as gift is a bad perception.
Send her an pink iPod Nano, it's a personal gift, it's durable and it's... pink! She will love it. Or if you want to try something different, you can get her a digital camera. Something not to complicated, durable. At 13 you don't exactness too much for your things. :)
You can add a twister game, so she can play beside her friends.
Also don't forget the always important article, the stuffed animal. Size matters. The biggest the fluffiest.
