You can have a Donor Drive at the school (adults-I do not believe children can be living donors) or within your community. The Red Cross or other organization might be able to assist you within this. You would be able to potentially help others as resourcefully.

Have his doctors signed him up on the registry for a transplant? How about calling the news stations contained by your area to see if anyone is willing to come forward to be tested and see if they are a clash. It is amazing what some people will do if a child's life is surrounded by danger. My brother is going to need a transplant contained by the next few years, but because diabetes runs in our people my sisters and I are not eligible to be a donor for him.
