help me please!!!!!!!?

my three year brother is being a real brat and im watching him. he started yelling at me cuz he took somthing me that i needed and i took it back, then he took a block and throw it at me and i put him in time out and now he's yelling at me still and i don't want him to wake up my sister.
can you give me advice please

Answers:
Put away the blocks first! Put away anything else that can be used as missiles too! The block throwing episode is dealt with, so forget it and lighten the mood, or things will go from bad to worse.
Set up something fun for him to do - don't expect him to amuse himself, or he'll get up to mischief quickly again.
If he starts taking your stuff, trade him for something he likes - much better than just taking it back. He's probably just looking for a little attention.
