what shud be the average intake of milk for a "almost 3 yr old" boy ?

SOmetimes my 2 1/2 year old has a cup of milk during the day , sometimes he doesnt. If they are eating and drinking the right things, One cup should be fine.

my son drinks one a day and hes three It depends on what else the child eats. Probably about 8 fluid ounces along with a healthy varied diet.
