is there a law on children sharing a bedroom if they are different sex in wisconsin?
Answers:
a boy and girl can't share a bedroom after the oldest child reaches 5 years old. it's not really enforced unless someone makes a complaint and an investigation proves there is a problem.
i was single parenting in a 2 bedroom apartment in wisconsin when my son was 5 and my daughter was almost 3. my nosy neighbors heard my children laughing in their room (through the wall) and complained to social services and suggested that they make my daughter sleep in my bedroom with me. social services came to investigate and found no problem with the sleeping arrangements or any other aspect of their sharing a room.
