3 1/2 year old doesn't listen EVER?

CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ADVICE?PLEASE!My son is driving me crazy. He's 3 1/2 and does not listen to ANYONE.Not his grandparents, father nor me.He is constantly not listening and after being punished for something he will turn around and do it again.I've tried spanking-but he'll laugh at me,or just not care and I've tried time-outs, & he'll scream and cry while trying to get up.It's making me CRAZY.I have constant migranes. I can't relax until he is sleeping at bedtime. He doesn't ever want to take a nap and I just assume he doesn't b/c he acts the same way when he wakes up as he would not having a nap and it's so much easier to get him to sleep at night.. My parents will not babysit him b/c of how wild he gets and how he doesn't listen. I'm w/ him 24-7. People tell me-the way he acts- isn't normal.He's got to have ADD or ADHD-possibly both. I promise you, if you read this site and do what it says, your child will be behaving beautfully and you will be enjoying him sooo much. Children are a blessing, but you have to teach them how to be a blessing!
