what is a proper diet for a breastfeeding mom?

Healthy balanced diet. Lots of fresh fruit and veges, meat, fish, chicken, salad, dairy etc...not much fat or sugar...however, at 2 years old, why is he still breast feeding 5 times a day? Wean the child!
