Should I be concerned that my 3 year old is growing to fast?

My 3 year old son has - in my opinion - a overzealous attraction to girls. It started when he was about a year old and had to be repremanded for touching ladies butts. Now, he comments on the size of their body parts and will tell me which ones he wants to take home to hug and kiss. He is not getting this behavior from his dad. He lives 800 miles away and I am not seeing anyone so there are no other men in his life that he is constantly around. Is this a learned behavior of just instinct?

I have a 3 year old daughter and really they just pick up on things that they really just intrest them! Does he watch T.V. with U? Does he seat around when U have ur girlfriends at the house? Does he listen to any conversations that U have with another adult? I ask u those questions only because children pick up and what they hear and see! With my daughter she has an very old soul for 3! She reads at a 1st grader level! She talks with wisdom and inspiration because I'm always around my mother and grandma and older elders of the family and church! Don't be to worried he's just being a little boy and just tell him what's wrong from right!
