Don't wear an underwire bra. They're the ones that feel like they're digging into you, and they have a hard edge around the cup. Try wireless bras, they are a million times more comfortable. Then once your breasts start to grow larger, you might consider graduating to an underwire. I wasn't wearing anything in fifth, but that's me. I'm now 14 and wear a C cup. I got my first training bra in early grade seven... you won't get teased. Or if you only have breast buds or a little bit there, then try a crop top. Please make sure you wear something. Even a singlet. If you go to school without anything underneath and you'll be taking your clothes off for sport or something, that's kinda gross. It's all up to your level of development. Good luck. I hope you make the right choice - but PLEASE don't wear underwire until you're bigger.... I started in grade eight, and now that's all I wear, but I'm used to it. Bras take a lot of getting used to when you're just starting out.

Just try wearing a wireless sports bra. It will be much more comfotable for you.
