1nce...we made 1 of ma frends...he's a boy....we used him as ma sista's boyfrend....trust me...he's fine.....it worked....but i juss wanted ta kno if there r n e other good ideas......anybody?

If you don't like someone starring at you, don't go there. It is not harassment. He may be stranger and weird but sounds like he likes what he sees.
Now if he touches you, report it to your mother and get out of there.
The best advise is to avoid a situation that makes you uncomfortable.
