.....suicide?

Question:

a few years ago my best friend killed herself. she hung herself in the bathroom at skool. i knew something was wrong. but i didnt know she would acually kill herself. i think about it all the time. i have even cuz myself a few times. i know its stupid. i just dont know what to do? i dont have any one to talk to about it? and idk its upsetting? i dont cut anymore becuz its dumb. i just dont know? i dont wanna think about it any more cuz it hurts. what can i do?

You need to find a counselor you can trust and feel comfortable talking to.
