I do agree with you that teenagers are becoming more sexually active these days and are becoming pregnant more rapidly than in recent years. It's an eye-opening shall I say epidemic that is hurting our youth, but that is where parents and leaders and teachers and ministers and other people even teenagers themselves, should stand up and make people aware of abstinence and sexual education, I don't think taking a young girls child away from her is going to help the situation because that just makes her child a foster child and that child needs to know their mother as for the father he should be responsible for taking care of the child, but they are both guilty for the conception of the child so I think that more needs to be done about the education to our youth about teen pregnancy and for those who have been raped they had no control of getting pregnant so we shouldn't criticize them ,only their attacker. Teen pregnancy will continue to be an issue I believe as the years go by and we have to do something about it or things are going to look very bad for the future of teenage girls.

I think that the mother of the girl or a family member of the girl who got pregnant should be able to "adopt" the child and when the girl turns 18 if she wants she should be allowed to take parenting classes and prove to a judge that she can take care of the child if she wants to be the mother to that child. She should not be forced to never know her child. But if she does not want a baby in her life and the mother or family member does not either than adoption is a great choice! The person who got the girl pregnant should be charged as long as the age difference fits into the statutory rape description.
I think that it should be illegal before you are eighteen to have sex and that the parents are not wholly responsible if you do.
no 13&14 and 15 don' have badies they r still a child so if u have a child so a child is taking care of a chlid so nobody knows what is goin on. so they should have baby but some girls do doit b/c every body is doin it.
