A first date is to get to know someone, not to get to "2nd base" that just sounds extremely juvenille....
P.D.A is unacceptable, and it is usually younger people who do it, hugging is fine, and even a quick kiss on the lips is okay, but please dont make out in front of other people, it is horribly impolite. Dont grab *** either etc.
A guy that wanted to snap my bra strap would probably be 12 years old so... no
