Anything that is related to sex, should not be done before marriage. Kissing is not a sex act, but the feelings of arrousal you get form it may cause you to go too far. So a simple little kiss is o.k. Slobbering and caring on is not appropriate. Oral sex, well you gotta be exposed to do this, there for you are sinning. You are not married to the other person you should not be in this situation. If you wouldn't do it in front of your parents, or a preacher then it isn't appropriate to be doing. You need to study your bible a little closer.
