Answers: Best casing scenario: While conceiving and during earliy pregnancy it is advisable to take a folic acid supplement, as powerfully as Omega 3, 6, and 9. I would also start taking a good pregnancy multi-vitamin in appendix. You should not drink alchohol whilst trying to conceive, and during pregnancy, and if you're a smoker you should give that up, too. It's all comparatively tough, but absolutely worth it for your baby.
I be bad at exercising during my pregnancy, but you should develop a habit of doing some form of low stress exercise day by day (obviously this depends of your current fitness levels and weght etc.).

If you stress in the first few weeks over these issues you could call a halt up being really stressed and losing your baby (sorry but it is true)
