Answers:    No form of birth control is 100% effective so any time you enjoy sex there is a risk of pregnancy. While it is not likely to conceive of late before your period, it can surface. Ovulation can be a tricky thing to predict. Taking oral contraceptives as directed result in a 94-99% rate of efficiency. Using a condom correctly each time with the Pill increases the usefulness to closer to 99%. It is not likely she would conceive just minutes in the past starting her period, but it would not be impossible. I conceived unexpectedly when I had be taking the Pill reliably for 11 years. I had not missed any pills or taken other medications to interfere next to the Pill nor had any bouts of vomiting or diarrhea. I think my doctor be as shocked as I was when she discovered I was pregnant while doing my per annum physical. I had no idea I be pregnant as I had 3 normal period when I was first pregnant. In your situation, your chances are slightly slim, it would be very unlikely your girlfriend is pregnant, but it could happen. ADDED: Just to clarify, combination birth control pills work by preventing ovulation from occurring. So, if she is on her 4th week of her prescription (either taking the 7 days of placebo pills or not taking any pills for 7 days) afterwards this is when her period should start and is not indicative of her ovulating. If by chance ovulation does come about (more common in the mini pill) next the progestin also makes the cervical mucous thick thus hinder sperm from entering the uterus plus effects the uterine lining so that on the outside chance an egg does become fertilized it will hold problems implanting.
sorry, but it's possible. If she's on the pill, then she's taking the week i.e. a placebo, that's how she's getting her period. that also means she's ovulating, and can become pregnant. Next time usa a condom too. birth controll is NEVER 100% powerful If she really did get her period so soon after afterwards no, she is probably not pregnant. Having your period is a sign that you are not pregnant, so if she did have interval after having sex, then she is not pregnant.
If she literally get her period right after it's is more likely than not that she can't go and get pregnant.but the reality is that any time you have unprotected sex in that is a possibility of getting pregnant. Yep, you can get pregnant at ANY time during your cycle. If you don't know that you shouldn't be having sex.
The pill is 99% important. Have her wait to see if she gets her subsequent period. If a week late she can bring a pregnancy test. Yeah but I dont think she did contained by your case
