I am four months pregnant, and I can say that the answer to that is YES! My breasts began hurting IMMEDIATELY after conceiving it seems like. The pain is not intense at first. It progresses slowly through the first trimester. Your breasts may also hurt just before menstration. Best thing to do is get a home pregnancy test. If you are feeling symptoms, then you can test positive if you're pregnant. Hope you get the answer you want.
