how often do (u hear) condoms break?

Answers:
How often do condoms break?
2-6% of condoms break or fall off during intercourse. Polyurethane condoms are more likely to break than latex condoms.

What should I do if a condom breaks?
If ejaculation has not yet occurred, simply remove the broken condom and replace it with another one. If the breakage is discovered after ejaculation, both partners should wash thoroughly to reduce the risk of STD infection. The safest and easiest thing to do is for the woman to immediately insert a full tube of spermicidal foam into the vagina, which may reduce the risk pregnancy. Women should not douche. Contact your health care provider or local pregnancy resource center to discuss your options and for information about pregnancy and STD testing. Emergency contraceptive pills (ECP) may be recommended by the clinician. [More about emergency contraceptive pills.]

Are you asking if you can physically hear them breaking? If so, you can't hear it at all. If you asking if I've heard of stories about a condom breaking, I've heard that quite a few times.

fairly often , so use something else with them. I'd say about a 50% break rate I don't think you can hear a condom breaking but the guy can surely feel when it pops. But if a condom is put on the correct way then it should not break.

I have had a few condoms break on me...It only happened after I started "drying out" though...and yes the condom was on properly...

I hear them breaking all the time. It's really irritating. Every 5 to 15 minutes there this "pop", "snap", or "kpow" sound of a condon breaking.

The funny thing is that it's not just when I or a close friend is using the condoms that they break. I hear the breaking sounds all the time. 1 out of ever 9 or 10.
