F.Y.I my baby is now 1318grams
Answer:
ohhh dont worry about it! if you're a little overweight after the baby is born, you can always diet/exercise. Just enjoy your pregnancy, dont let worrying about the weight cloud your joyous occasion
Other Answer:
So, what does your doctor say? Is he checking you for gestational diabetes? No more salt for you either? If you aren't satisfied with your doc, time to switch is NOW!
cool thats good do a lot of walking
not sure how much that is in normal weight. 10 pounds isn't bad at all.
Hmm. When the car tips to one side, then you worry. Otherwise...don't!

yes this is normal my mom gained 120 lb. with me.
As per the doctor dude
yes, this is quite normal. same with me that i gain a lot when i was pregnant. the normal weight increase (recommended) in between 10,5 kg until 17kg. if you are not so sure you should check your diabetic by doing a blood test. usually some woman tend to have diabetic during pregnancy which can increase the weight although she didnt eat much. not to worry too much. just make sure you eat healty.
It is a little too much. 10 kilos is about what you should gain in the whole 42 weeks.
It is nothing to worry, but it will be healthier for you and the baby if you don't gain much more weight.
The good news is that usually, when you are breastfeeding, losing weight is easy (unless you feel free to eat anything you want!)
Women are all different. I gained different weight with each of my pregnancies. I gained about 54 lbs (about 24.5 k) my first pregnancy and 28 my second (12.7 k). and about 32 my third (14.5 k) I have friends who only gain about 10 lbs. (4.5 k) lucky dogs. As long as your healthy and you're following doctors orders everything should be okay. Be careful of fast weight gain though, those stretchmarks don't go away. Breastfeeding definitely helps in weight loss. With my 1st and 2nd pregnancies I lost all my weight gain. (My third I kept about 10 lbs) If this is your 1st pregnancy my advise to you is to exercise! (at least walk everyday) It keeps you healthy and strong and makes delivery easier.
It is normal for many pregnant women. No, you don't need to worry. If you did gain "too much" weight, you still can't stop gaining now--the last weeks are when your baby will be gaining most of her/his weight, and she/he needs you to eat well--and *enough*--for this!! In the *worst* case scenario, you'll have a few extra kilos to lose after the baby is born. It's not pleasant, but it's not worth risking damaging your baby over it!
Some healthy women gain 7 kilos (very rare!!) during an entire pregnancy; others (*also* healthy) gain 20...or even more. As long as you are eating mostly healthy foods (an occasional treat won't hurt), you'll be getting what your baby needs to grow.
As for the weight of your baby... First of all, it really doesn't matter. Most of the weight you are gaining is part of *your* body to support the pregnancy. (This will be fairly easily lost after giving birth when your hormones change to tell your body to stop holding onto it.) Also, the number (despite the seeming accuracy) is just a *guess*! Doctors can't reach into your uterus and tell you the exact weight on a scale. A doctor told me that I would be having a small baby (about 6 pounds); less than a week later, he was born weighing almost 9 pounds!
here in japan, doctors didnt encourage pregnant women to gain much weight.well i think you must exercise regularly like some walk daily.dont think about your weight think of your lill baby that is i guess healthy one.i pray.you will have plenty of time to lose these kilos after pregnancy.but i was 65kg when i was not pregnant, now i m 67kg only in these 12wks.i am along you my dear.i m 5.8,in height having rather broad building.
