I had my son at 32 weeks (7 months) early! Will this happen again? I'm pregnant again.?
Answers:
Your risk of a preterm delivery does do up a little since you had one already. However it absolutlely possible (and actually, more likely than not) that you will have a term pregnancy.
The real question is - what was the cause of the first premature birth. If it "just happenned" and noone knows why, then the risk is better still than 50/50 that you will go to term.
If you have some kind of medical condition that predisposes you to premie births (examples: incompetent cervix, structurally abnormal uterus, preeclampsia as examples), then your risk of having another premature birth will be higher.
Keep talking with your OB, but I can tell you from experience that LOTS of moms have term births after having a premature one. Without knowing the cause, as a rule its better than 50% that you will have a normal term pregnancy this time.
Congratulations!

There are a lot of things that need to be taken into account.
Like stress levels, diet, age, weight, etc.etc.
All pregnancies are different you should consider bed rest. Every pregnancy is different and just because you had a premature baby this time it does not mean that the next one will be born the same also, remember you have to take the chance for everything let go of your fears they are no good.
