How can i help her out?

A girl in my grade went to a wedding about mid august or so with her family i from what she said someone put drugs in her drink so she couldnt remember anything from the night. So today she says she found out she was pregnant. With the exception of her best friends I was the first guy she told this to. She said that i was the only guy she knew who would have a practical understanding answer. She told her parents and they dont know who it might have been either. She also said when she has her baby she wants me to be the so called "Father Figure" for the time being until they find who is responsible. What should i do to help her and what is the best way to help her? It may not sound clear but i am thinking a lot.

at least she has her parents who seem understanding. you have your own life. while it is nice of you to stay by her side, she and the child are not your responsibility. you have a future, as does she. just don't hold back from your life for anyone.
