I am 9 months pregnant, scheduled for a c/s next thursday, and doc just called & said I have Group B. What now

I am 9 months pregnant, with a planned cesarian next Thursday. The nurse just called and said I have Group B Strep. What does this mean for me and the baby? She has called in Amoxicillin to the pharmacy.
