circumcised vs uncircumcised guys, is there really a difference?

I've been told "There will be more "friction". (with a circumcised) The entire length of the circumcised penis will move across your genitals whereas the uncircumcised penis will "glide" in an out under the foreskin." Is this true and which feels better? How do they feel different?

Hey, everybody, look at April's stats - she's asked this same question 20 times now, plus at least another 20 times (same wording exactly) under a couple of other names.
