how can i prevent pregnancy?

we do use condom but i think it is only effective 97% of the time. i rather not take birth control pills since it carries so many side effects.

your best option is using a condom. the reason it is effective 97% of the time is because there is always the possibility that the condom could break and therefore if it does break then you could still fall pregnant. unfortunately, besides the pill, there really isnt anything else out there that could prevent pregnancy better than using a condom, other than not having sex.
