recently i spotted pink, my nipples are getting darker, increase appetite, cramping. could i be pregnant?

Question: i've been trying to conceive for two years. Recently my breast are bigger, my nipples are darker, and i spotted pink blood. I have been cramping, and i wanted to know could i be pregnant?

sounds like implantation bleeding. So yeah its really possible. I didnt notice my nipples getting darker until way on down the road though. But everyone is diff. I hope that you are pregnant, and congrats if you are!
