Answers:
omg, I had so much cramping my first trimester. I told the doctor, and they did a u/s and everything was fine. He said it was just my uterus expanding with the growth of the baby. I used to cramp at work, and it made it hard to move sometimes, the way it would cramp. >.> You should be just fine, but just in case, let your doctor know ASAP.

Sound like you should see your obgyn. Could be any number of things, but it's something you should be ssen for.

Hope you and your baby are ok.

it is very normal to have cramping at 11 weeks, all pregnant woman are paranoid, they're just pissed that nobody else is going through this too Mild cramps, achiness or a pulling sensation on one of both sides of the abdomen is usually nothing to worry about. This is probably caused by the stretching of ligaments that support the uterus. Unless cramping is severe, constant or accompanied by bleeding, there's no need to worry.

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and am still getting some mild cramping. I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks, 4 days with my last pregnancy, and my cramping was very severe, almost at the point of normal menstrual cramps. It was also accompanied by brown spotting.

As a possible reassurance, I felt menstrual and crampy for the first couple of months of my pregnancy.

That's great that you got a heartbeat so early! Usually dont even hear it at 12 weeks! On that note, if it doesn't come up when you see your doc that doesn't mean the worst - but i'm sure doc will probably tell you that. Heartbeats can be as long as 14 weeks before they are picked up. Possible causes:

a. NORMAL preganacy (highest possibility)
b. Stretching of ligaments supporting the uterus
c. Pain from the corpus luteum - a small cyst-like structure on the ovary that serves to maintain hormonal support to your baby in the first three months
d. Urinary tract infection - quite common because your water intake is normally reduced at this stage of pregnancy (due to nausea and vomiting)
e. Impending miscarriage.

Go for a scan - it reassures you. Consider a urine test to check for infection. All done, keep fingers crossed.

A simple rule of thumb: 1/3 of pregnancies fail. So, if you have failed once, the next two will normally be okay.
