Are you asking this question because you don't know if its PMS? Could you be pregnant? Sometimes you get cramps like when you feel right before you start your period. If you think you might be pregnant PLEASE don't take Mortrin. You can take Tylenol and get a pregnancy test done ASAP. Otherwise...If it is PMS and cramping Motrin works wonders :)
