Ginger Beer or ginger cookies seem to help me with the sick feeling.

morning sickeness doesnt always happen in the MORNING... can happen at any time of day, keep some crackers near by!

Morning sickness is the most common, but you can get sick at any time. It's all on TV and in the movies that make "morning sickness" so common. The tips below may help reduce morning sickness.

Eat small meals throughout the day so that you're never too full or too hungry.

Avoid rich, fatty foods.

Avoid foods with smells that bother you.

Eat more carbohydrates (plain baked potato, white rice, dry toast).

Eat saltine crackers and other bland foods when you feel nauseous.

Try gelatin desserts (Jell-O), flavored frozen desserts (popsicles), chicken broths, ginger ale (nondiet), sugared decaffeinated or herbal teas, and pretzels.

The iron in prenatal vitamins can bother some women. If you think your morning sickness is related to your vitamins, talk with your doctor and he or she may change your vitamins.

Wearing "acupressure" wrist bands, which are sometimes used by passengers on boats to prevent sea sickness, may help some women who have morning sickness. You can buy the bands at boating stores or travel agencies.

If these tips don't give you relief from morning sickness, your doctor may have other ideas. Keep in mind that morning sickness doesn't mean your baby is sick.

I was sick all day. Crackers and sunflower seeds. Your body is just handling pregnancy differently. Some
people don't feel sick at all. It's perfectly healthy.

i have the same thing rihgt now it might to do with the wether its to hot. I was about as far along as you were when I started getting sick at night. I wouldn't throw up at first, then one night...It wasn't too much later I got morning sickness that plagued me for three months. Every morning. Certain smells would bring it on sometimes. So, beware of smells once the sickness starts to plague you.

Every pregnancy is different. Maybe you'll experince morning sickness in a few more weeks. I didn't get morning sickness until I was 2 1/2 or 3 months pregnant. Trust me morning sickness sucks. Be thankful you don't have it.

Morning sickness can happen at any time of the day. I was exhausted and sick all the time.

Good luck!
