your baby shhouldn't look any different because you have a tilted uterus! i have four kids and all with an introverted uterus( that is a more extreme case of a tilted uterus ) any preg books at a liabrary or large book store should have plenty of pics to look at but i didn't have internet service while i was pregnant so i'm not sure of any websites. sorry i'm not more help!!
i have a tilted uterus and the baby does not look different. Just means the path your baby takes out will be a little longer and crooked. I have had two girls and am pregnant with a boy. No problem in labor or birth.
