11 weeks pregnant and cant sleep, any safe suggestions?

It is normal in early pregnancy to not be able to sleep. Once you get further along it shouldn't be a big problem.
Try things like a hot shower with relaxing smells like lavender.
Try watching a movie you have seen a thousand times, get a massage from you better half, don't sleep during the day, try warm milk or a good night tea.
Call your doctor and explain this to him/her and then see whats up... stuff like this may cause harm, so definately see what they suggest! :)
