11 weeks, what should I expect?

Don't feel around for the top of your uterus, you could cause a miscarriage. That is what happened to me at 12 weeks. In some foreign countries they do abortions by putting pressure on the abdomen. The brown line didnt happen to me until right before I had the baby.

it depends on how big you are, get some books like what to expect when youre expecting. go to the obgyn and ask them.
yes some people can feel their uterus but only if u actully know what your looking for and i wouldn't have a clue what youd be feeling!! and not all woman get the line down their belly its also called 'lina nigra' and they say that if your carry a boy then u get it. and the miscarriage stage lowers at 12 weeks.
I never got that line on my stomach. I believe the chance of miscarriage lowers at the beginning of the second trimester which I think is at 13 weeks. As for feeling the uterus...I didn't know you'd be able to do that, so I never tried. Congratulations!
Your chance of miscarrage deminishes after 6 weeks. Once the heartbeat has been established the chances are extrememly low. You won't know if there is a hearbeat though, unless you've had an ulstrasound. Many women miscarry up to 12 weeks, but the fetus actually dies before 6 weeks. You won't feel the top of your uterus for awhile yet. I was around 15 weeks before I could feel it, and it took my midwife to show me what to feel for. No worries, I'm sure everything is fine. I didn't develope the line on my tummy until the 8th month. Some women never get it. God Bless
go to baby center and it tells you alot, it even shows pic's. and week by week things you could be feeling. it help alot of people during there preganacy, im 4 months and its helped me out.
