i would say herion is fine.. meth is ok,, (but if possible striaght amphetimines are better) and smoking.. is good. i would avoid things like food and water for a good peroid of time. JK, rewind, reverse it.

You should avoid roller skates, snowboarding basiclly any activity. But you should do at least one activity like walking.
It feels like they changed the list every other day when I was pregnant. Certain fish are dangerous due to high mercury levels... like tuna and salmon. Caffeine in general should be cut down to once a day. (Personally I cut it all together just because morning sickness made my stomach too upset to want any) Wine should be used in moderation.. chance are one sip will make you tipsy anyhow your hormones are so out of wack. Take pre-natal pills, preferably rescribed ones. Eat lots of veggies and calcium (milk) and protein.
