I'm trying to find low income houses?

I heard someone talking about a brand new house they're getting that is for low income people, you pay cheap rent and after so many years you own it. I've done searches for low income housing but all I find is articles about it. I'm wondering if anyone knows of specifically where to find new or decent low income houses.

www.getajob.com..no actually go to google and type in HUD houses. They're NOT just for low income people. you don't rent them, you buy them. You usually don't pay anything on a down payment and have a very cheap payment.

You can get a better job and still go to school. Just try a first time home buyers loan.
