My baby give importance to all the persons around but not his mother, why so?
Question: He is 7 months old & give smile to his Dad, caretaker & grandparents, but not his mother.
I am not able to find out why? Please Help.

I went through the same thing with my son. At 6 months old he started smiling and recognizing people. I am a stay at home and we were together all day. His pediatrician told me he is starting to realize more people then just mommy like to see him.
So therefore he was smiling and giving them "attention" to encourage them to come see him more.
My pediatrician told me to start playing a game or something with him the leave and go into another room for a few seconds. The return and smile brightly at him and let him know I was happy to be back with him. After a week he started smiling at me.
The pediatrician told me a lot of kids go through this. I would talk to your pediatrician and ask their advice to.
maybe you have post partum. tell your doctor dont be ashmed she try and find out whats wrong good luck
