10 lbs premature babies?

r son was married in january. 5months later his wife had a ten-pound baby girl. they said the baby was premature. can a baby this big be that early?

Answers:
No way she was probably pregnant before they were married and just wanted to save face. premies are always little. A ten pounder was full term or an over due birth. Hopefully the baby is your sons and he may want to believe it was premature because he may have doubts. In this day and age I don't see the reason to not let on your pregnant before the wedding.
