This is totally normal,my son was exactly the same, the worst mistake you can make is making a big deal out of it.
Give it time and don't push her to do it if she is not ready yet.Praise her heaps and encourage her by telling her things like "your friend at daycare uses the big toilet without the seat and they are a big girl"
My son went through a stage for about 6 months where he would wee in the toilet no worries but when it came to poo he would ask for a nappy..he would not do it in the toilet.
They eventually grow out of their strange lil behaviors just let it go for a lil while but at the same time remind her that she is a big girl now and she doesn't need the seat anymore.
About the sleeping issue,to me 10 hours is really good I have a 3 year old girl also and she hardly sleeps, she is very active and even as a new born didn't sleep as much as she should.......all children are different I have a friend with a 4 year old who still day sleeps......my lil girl stopped day sleeping before she was 1...
Don't worry too much I'm sure your lil girl is doing just fine.....she is most likely like my daughter and is just too active to sleep(also they are a afraid of missing out on something......lol)
If your lil princess was heaps tied nothing would stop her from having a lil rest.
Good luck with your precious lil girl.......

Let her turn around and straddle it like a "horsie". She can hold onto the tank and KNOW she won't fall in. Worked for my two girls.

Yeah cuz it might fall in.
