i agree with gyrl6. it all depends on where the custody issue stands, if you have full custody, you need to call the police and file a report. if custody hasn't been established you need to hire a lawyer and go for custody and they will find your child and subpoena the mother of father that took your child to appear in court and you'll go from there.if she has full custody of the child and you have visitations then you can either go to the courts that handled your case and let them know that she is not upholding the court order and they will take care of it or you can hire a private investigator or even both. i went threw this with my son. his father took off with him after i filed for childsupport and i had to wait for a court date which took 6 months but i got him back and now have full custody with no visitations and he is now spending 2 years in the pen. for beeting my son. so i know how are this may be for you but don't give up keep fighting and everything will work out in the end. don't take no for an answer and keep up the fight. i had no help from the police departments or even child protective services but every thing worked out without them. i wish the best for you and my prayers go out to you and if you ever need anyone to talk to email me at leslieastanfill@yahoo.com
