Answers: first of all, sorry that people on here are awful race and sometimes cant answer a simple question without person rude, especially when it is obviously a really serious situation, like the one you are within.
to answer your question, no. Someone cannot get introuble beside the law unless someone presses charges, whether that person be your parents, or the state, and they will not bring back into this situation.
I am not sure where you live, but where I live you are both underage, as a consequence he can not have charges pressed against him. If where you live he is an mature, and you are a minor, then he can very economically have charges brought about him. However, if you and your mother opt not to press charges, then everything will remain that way.
I am really happy to hear that you told you mother, and that she is being so supportive. You are tremendously lucky to have her.
The baby's father will be fine, so ease your mind and focus on have a happy and healthy pregnancy. Good luck and congratulations!
Yes, he can still receive in trouble from the law. The state's attorney or social services can database charges against him on your behalf.
Also, if they know who the father is, they will probably go after him for support if you receive any help from the state social services. And they would be right to do so. You own just gotten a taste of how much you are going to hold to go through with have a baby at a young age. There is more to come and he should do his subdivision as well without have to be forced by outside agencies. He's got to be 18 in most states I guess before he can get surrounded by trouble. And if no one presses charges, then no, he shouldn't be capable of get in trouble.
That's great of your mom to be so likely to help you out. you are def. lucky. And remember, the best thing you can do for you and your little one is to finish school.
Best of Luck
well that depends on the law in your state
sometimes your mom doesnt have to press charges
the prosecuter can do it..
but, seeing as he is underneath 18,I'm not sure he broke a law anyways...
however,a 17 year old guy have no business having sex with a 13 year weak little girl..that is pretty messed up!
make sure you draw from child support, you will need it.
Life is going to be very sturdy for you, you will have to grow up a lot quicker than most kids your age, I'm glad that your mother is in that to support you and I hope that you continue schooling after the baby is born. Good Luck I option you all the best. I would say no. I don't regard as he can get in trouble unless your parent(s) presses charges. However, you inevitability to check with laws surrounded by your area. It could be different where on earth you're at, so I would suggest doing some research in your particular state. Good luck.
I would hold to say no. If your family doesn't press charges, after your "friend" should be fine. Yes, you do have a great mother. Support is always wonderful and needed when your expecting. I am rooting for you adjectives, and CONGRATS IN ADVANCE No he won't be charged, if your mom did charge him then he could of been within more troble. Good for you for living up to your mistake that you did. It's gonna be hard but work hard and finish arts school! Good Luck!
he is still underage and take my advice i wouldnt put him on the birth warrant i knew someone almost in alike shoes but on was 15 and the boy was 17 i would lurk but thats all up to u He is 17 so he didn't commit a crime he is still underage. If you or your parents don't press charges every thing should be fine and zilch to worry about.
If your mom does press charges he will win in trouble because yo uare only 13. Probably not. BUT, when a personality has violated the law (as he did) you never know what will take place.
if nobody lays charges then no he wont get into trouble
